These terms are between you and Ki10 Games Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15687835), registered office 41 Torwood Road, Chadderton, Oldham, England, OL9 0RA, which makes Quizlo (quizlo.co.uk). By using Quizlo you agree to them. Contact us at [email protected].
Quizlo is a quiz game for families and friends. It's free to use at the moment. We may add paid extras in future, and we'll tell you clearly before you pay for anything.
Silly and rude names are part of the fun. But don't use Quizlo to bully, threaten or harass anyone, to share anything illegal, or to break or overload the service. Whoever runs the game (the quiz master or the TV) is in charge of it and can remove players.
Search results in the Quiz Writer come from other services (Openverse, Wikimedia Commons, Deezer, Apple, the Internet Archive, GIPHY and Pixabay). Each comes with its own licence, and Quizlo shows the credit with the answer. They're fine for playing at home. Check the licence before using them for anything else.
We're always improving Quizlo, so features may change, and we can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes. We'll try to give notice of big changes. If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top.
Quizlo is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, for business losses, or for anything caused by content other people add. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or anything else the law doesn't let us limit, and they don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
